Revision Settings Cheat Sheet

REVISION SETTINGS REVISION SETTINGS AFTER COMPLETION
1. Set Revision section in the Submission settings page for the desired number and size-limit of file 1. Set 'Revision Submission' in the Activity Timeline page to 'Completed'
2. Make sure the status of the papers for revision are set to 'Revision' in the Chair Console 2. Author Notification needs to be set to 'Completed' with an end-date that has passed

5. Make sure 'Do not show non-revision papers during reviewing' is not checked in Settings>Features>Review' 5. If it is not already, set 'Review Submission' activity to 'Enabled' and an end-date set in the future (do this for each track separately)
6. Enable 'Revision Submission' in the Activity Timeline page 6. To download new revision files, click Action>Download Submissions>Submissions. The 'Revision' file will be in a separate folder from the original submission with its respective paper ID.
7. Make sure the 'Review: Read Only' column in the Chair Console is set to 'No'
8. If authors are to see any reviews, make sure review (and meta-review) questions have 'Visible to authors after notification' selected
