Where can I find the CMT app?

CMT does not have an app for a smartphone/tablet.
All CMT usage needs to be done from a computer.

Where is the IEEE Publication Agreement?

This is not supported.

How much is iThenticate?

Only certain eligible conferences will have iThenticate available, free of charge.
If the conference is not eligible, then iThenticate is not available through CMT.
Paying for iThenticate for ineligible conferences is unsupported.

How do I enable IEEE PDF eXpress?

IEEE PDF eXpress is not supported at this time.

How do we get papers for publication within Springer LNCS?

Springer LNCS is not supported.

How to set 'Edit Submission' to end before 'Paper submission'

At this time drag and drop to edit suggested reviewers by Meta-Revewers is not supported.

How do I get statistics to show in Chair Console?

This is not supported at this time. The Chairs must compute on their own.

Does CMT provide certificates for reviewers?

This is not supported. Contact your Chairs directly to see if they can provide what is needed.

Is there any option to present online?

This is not supported.

How to create a BibTex file

This is not supported.
You could use “Actions –> Export to Tab Delimited -> Submissions” and create the BibTex file offline.

How to have Paper IDs randomized?

This is not supported, however anonymity is ensured with making the conference double-blind and enabling/disabling various PC identity settings.

Does CMT offer any integrations or plugins for Google Forms?

This is not supported.

How can I create an automated email?

Customized automated emails are not supported.

How do I stop automated emails to authors after Chair edits file?

Automated emails to authors cannot be stopped.

Can we upload slide decks for presentation?

This workflow has been removed from CMT and is unsupported. Presentation files can be uploaded as camera-ready files.

How can I edit an auto-generated email?

Editing auto-genrated emails, like an author confirmation of submission email is no supported and they cannot be stopped or paused.

Whom do I contact to be a paper reviewer?

Unsolicited emails, via CMT, and contacting chairs of conferences in which you have no role is in violation of CMT policy. Repeated violation will cause your CMT login to be terminated.

How do I find out about award and travel grant applications?

This is not supported in CMT. Contact the conference Chairs directly.

Was our paper published in Scopus indexed proceeding?

This is not supported in CMT. Contact the conference Chairs directly.

How to create an external URL?

Creating an external website is not supported. It must be done outside of CMT.

How to apply for visa to come to the conference?

This is unsupported. You can contact the conference Chairs directly, perhaps they can help.

Is arXiv supported?

arXiv is not supported. Contact the program committee of the conference.
