| 1. Make sure Review Form has questions that are marked 'Visible to meta-reviewers' |
| 2. Make sure the papers you want discussed are enabled in the Chair Console |
| 3. Set the 'Review Discussion' activity to 'Enable' with an end date in the future (do this for each track separately) |
| 4. Make sure 'Meta-Review Submissions' is enabled in the Activity Timeline with future date (do this for each track separately) |
| 5. If you want Meta-Reviewers to access other Reviewers' comments and discussion posts for assigned papers after Reviewing and Discussion are completed, enable 'Allow accessing reviews and discussions after reviewing' in the Meta-Review Settings page |
