CHAIR HOW-TO: Import Senior Meta-Reviewers from Previous Conference

OVERVIEW

This will describe how to import senior meta-reviewers from a previous conference.

PREREQUISITE

The Chair must be the same for both conferences.

PREVIOUS CONFERENCE CHAIR CONSOLE

Log into CMT and navigate to the previous conference. Once you are in the Chair Console for the previous conference, follow the steps for exporting senior meta-reviewers.

Note

In a Multi-Track conference, you must select the desired track from the dropdown before you can see the 'Export' function in the 'Actions' button.

SENIOR META-REVIEWER TEXT FILE FROM PAST CONFERENCE

Once you acquire the Senior Meta-Reviewer tExt file, open it and copy the contents.

• Paste it in an Excel sheet. We will only need the first 5 columns to create a text file to import to the new conference.

NEW CONFERENCE - IMPORT SENIOR META-REVIEWERS

Once you have logged into the new conference, follow these steps to import the text file of senior meta-reviewers.
