About the Conference Management Toolkit ("CMT"):
CMT is a web-based service that is used for the purposes of managing document review workflows such as academic conferences. CMT allows one or more administrators (e.g., Program Chair of a conference) to manage the workflow of their conference via its web site. CMT allows you (“Author”) to submit documents and other files. These documents and files may be downloaded and/or reviewed by others involved with a conference, such as reviewers assigned by the administrator. Reviewers may submit their reviews of these documents to CMT.
Will documents uploaded to CMT be kept private?
Documents or files you upload to CMT are assigned to the specific conference for which you are registered and only accessible by administrators and assigned reviewers for that conference. Microsoft does not share any information about reviewing in one conference to administrators of another conference; however, Microsoft cannot prevent administrators or reviewers from individually sharing this information.
What kinds of information need to be provided to CMT?
You will be asked to provide registration information as a pre-requisite to using CMT, including name, e-mail address, phone and organization. In addition, you may also submit documents and other files that may be reviewed by other participants.
Will personal information be kept private?
The personal information you provide as part of registering for CMT is subject to the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
